The role of the Talent Brand and Recruiting Co-op is to work with the People team at Indigo to help on a wide range of responsibilities and projects related to culture, recruiting and people operations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing startup with a mission of harnessing nature to help farmers sustainably feed the planet. This role is expected to require 40 hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Talent Brand initiative by:
    • Managing social media platforms related to Indigos Talent Brand including content management on LinkedIn, Facebook, Workplace and Glassdoor
    • Updating Indigos career page regularly with content that excites and attracts candidates
    • Ensuring content is consistent with company values and policies
    • Support and research career fairs and events that Indigo should be present at for 2020
    • Indigo has a presence in Boston at top tech, biotech and cool places to work events
    • Be a thought partner on where we should post about Indigo
  • Support Recruiting efforts by:
    • Sourcing candidates for open roles
    • Learning the Indigo recruiting process and participating in and handling logistics for on-site interviews
    • Collect metrics and data regarding our recruiting funnel and creatively think of ways to close those gaps
    • Help conduct phone screens and references calls
    • Think creatively on how to use technology to enhance our recruiting process so that is provides leverage to the recruiting team
  • Support various People initiatives as needed

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Marketing background ideal
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to think creatively with new ideas
  • Highly organized and creative
  • Able to work independently

  • Has a roll up the sleeves attitude and doesnt think any task is too big or too small
