We are looking for a Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. This is an opportunity to join our team and serve as an expert on our real-time personalization platform. Help our customers create, maintain, and troubleshoot campaigns using your technical, web design, and problem-solving skills.

What The Support Engineer Role Involves

  • Provide timely and accurate solutions to technical problems
  • Help new customers integrate Evergage
  • Work with our Customer Success team to develop or perform QA on our customers’ campaigns
  • Troubleshoot bugs and work with our engineering team to resolve them
  • Write and maintain clear, concise support documentation
  • Participate in customer meetings providing technical advice on the use of the Evergage product

Required Skills/Experience

  • Proficient with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • 1-3 years experience in a technical, customer-facing role


  • Familiarity with Regex (Regular Expressions)
  • Knowledge of APIs/third-party integrations
