BitSight is seeking a strategy & operations manager to help BitSight sustain its high growth and scale efficiently. We are looking for someone who can own key company strategic initiatives, drive greater operational efficiency, and work with leadership to find insights that can help improve decision making. Ultimately, this persons goal is to improve performance and drive revenue growth through their initiatives. An ideal candidate must be an analytical, problem solver ready to take on new challenges.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify key drivers of revenue growth, pipeline trends and untapped market opportunities
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational improvements
  • Work with leadership to define, design, develop and optimize go-to-market business insight dashboards and executive presentations
  • Key advisor for C-Suite level executive to provide insight on trending and performance
  • Collaborate cross functionally to drive strategic initiatives
  • Help lead annual planning process including determining drivers of growth and what investment is required to achieve growth
  • Develop and refine KPI reporting and dashboards

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in an analytical role such as a former consultant or analyst
  • A problem solver who adapts to new challenges
  • Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency (SQL a plus but not necessary)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus but not necessary
