We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to play a critical role in building relationships with our customers. Our ideal candidate should ensure customer satisfaction while identifying new opportunities based on customers needs.


As a Strategic Account Manager, you will represent Zaius and interact with existing customers. You will be responsible for achieving strategic account targets, identifying upsell and renewal opportunities to drive customer value and internal revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Zaius strategic customer relationships as a trusted advisor and partner to your customer
  • Understand the business objectives of your customers and align their needs with the functionality of the Zaius platform
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Zaius product(s) and our customers' specific needs in order to drive customer value
  • Drive product adoption
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts Identify key stakeholders, establish strong, long-term relationships
  • Communicate with customers on a regular basis and respond to specific queries
  • Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet customers needs
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams
  • Define success plans including monthly, quarterly goals; track and report on customers progress

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Strategic Account Manager with a SaaS product
  • Held commercial responsibilities in a quota carrying role
  • Experience working with digital marketing platforms, email marketing platforms, and/or marketing analytics tools a major plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
