The Senior Product Manager is entrepreneurial, motivated, intellectually curious, and excited to lead our efforts serving national brands and their local retailers. As a Senior Product Manager at Promoboxx, you are responsible for building the future of the Promoboxx platform, using a combination of data analysis, stakeholder inputs, and industry knowledge to identify opportunities in our market space and within our existing product portfolio.


  • This role will manage products and features for the core brand-to-retail commerce platform as well as our Local Ads digital advertising platform
  • Effectively balance the often competing demands of innovation, user/buyer needs, quality, operational improvements, and speed to market
  • Facilitate alignment among executives and other stakeholders
  • Identify, analyze, and prioritize new feature requests
  • Continuously monitor and update the roadmap for product lines you manage
  • Be the authority on the evolving market and competitive landscape
  • Manage the entire product development cycle from strategic planning to launch and post-launch optimization
  • Represent the voice of the customer and represent key stakeholders during the product design and development process
  • Work closely with internal engineering, UX, and stakeholder teams to break down high level projects into product iterations with supporting user stories
  • Partner with Product Marketing on go-to-market launch plans for key releases and new features


  • You are a relationship builder and self-starter who enjoys working with a variety of people across a range of functions
  • Proven experience and passion for building market-leading customer-focused products
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills. Ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and formulate effective action plans to resolve issues
  • Proven ability to prioritize and deliver customer and business benefits on a frequent cadence
  • Direct ownership and experience managing all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle
  • General technical understanding how SaaS web-based software and mobile applications are developed
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, you must be comfortable presenting your work
  • Willingness to travel when customer feedback or pitching a product vision is best done in person

Ideal Background:

  • Minimum 5 years of direct SaaS product management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A/B.S.), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A high appreciation for market research and data-driven decision making
  • Experience working directly with engineers and design teams
  • Experience working in an iterative software development environment, we use JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience with B2B, Marketing Tech or Ad Tech is a plus
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment, or startup, is a plus
