Cybereason is looking for a highly motivated product manager with a proven track record of creating successful and profitable service offerings. The Services Product Manager is responsible for end-to-end ownership, from concept to launch, of new services offerings and related product enhancements while driving the successful adoption of these offerings in the marketplace globally. We are looking for a Product Manager with a deep understanding of the security services market, hands on experience as a red team or pen testing consultant, and understanding of the security partner ecosystem.


  • Define, develop and maintain Cybereason service offerings
  • Understand and prioritize customer needs to develop world class services
  • Create compelling service roadmap and collaborate with product management to ensure services requirements are incorporated into product vision and roadmap
  • Define pricing and packaging of services
  • Manage new service offering introduction to ensure the execution of all deliverables
  • Develop a compelling services go-to-market strategy with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with product marketing to create and maintain marketing and sales collateral to support the service offerings
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop global communication and demand generation for the service offerings
  • Partner with customer success to ensure adoption of services while capturing customer feedback
  • Educate and enable sales to position service offerings effectively
  • Collaborate with partner product manager to align service offerings with partners
  • Support research analyst engagements to achieve a leadership position in security services

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Technical background with security consulting experience (red team, pen tester, SOC analyst hands on experience required)
  • Understanding of security practitioner and products
  • Track record of managing the entire service life cycle
  • Proactive with a strong bias for action
  • Effective written and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Capable of taking complex issues and making them simple to understand
  • Highly empathetic with users, customers, and co-workers
  • Positive, team-focused attitude
  • Ability to thrive in startup environment
  • 5+ years of services product management or related experience
