As a Service delivery manager, you will have the opportunity to work with our Customer Success leadership team define the strategic vision of our expert services team. You will have previous consultancy experience, and ideally come from a custom software development background, particularly using the agile methodology and will have experience leading and motivating small teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Scoping services engagements and driving sales for the Expert Services organization
  • Owning a portfolio of customers and working tirelessly and cross functionally to ensure the best possible experience for our clients.
  • Scoping and Statement of work creation
  • Project planning and execution across multiple accounts and segments
  • Managing project from initiation to close and always thinking with an eye on efficiency and repeatability as we scale
  • Partner management
  • Working with our head of expert services to create standardized approach for delivering services
  • Coaching our Expert Services Consultants to help them grow to the next level
  • Working with key clients and stakeholders to implement solutions on the Mendix platform in context of their business and technical needs

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in software development/program management
  • 3+ years leading software delivery/services teams
  • Bachelor's OR Master's degree in Technical or Business related field
  • Proven experience managing and motivating teams to provide the best customer experience there is
  • Custom software development is something youve done or worked within an organization that focused on software development
