As the Promoboxx Senior UX Designer, you would work closely with our Product Managers to refine and build out sections of our SaaS platform, either around our Core Platform or our Expansion offerings.  We are looking for a well-rounded UX Designer who connects the dots between business needs, innovation, and good design.


  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
  • Facilitate the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for our saas application
  • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
  • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
  • Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design
  • Strong work portfolio that demonstrates systematic and creative design thinking as well as a deep understanding of UI/UX best practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to reinforce design intent along the path from idea to reality
  • Possess both creative and analytical approaches to problem-solving
  • Solid interaction and visual design skills to translate wireframes and idea concepts to finished mocks for the development team
  • Well versed in color theory, typography, information architecture, and related topics
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications
  • Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval
  • Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design

Ideal Background:

  • Minimum 5 years of direct SaaS UI/UX experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A/B.S.), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A high appreciation for market research and data-driven decision making
  • Experience working directly with engineers and design teams
  • Experience working in an iterative software development environment, we use JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience with B2B, Marketing Tech or Ad Tech is a plus
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment, or startup, is a plus
