  • Work closely with recruiters/recruiting manager and technical managers to qualify an ideal Fitbit candidate
  • Become familiar with many advanced recruiting techniques
  • Screen candidates and attract top talent to interview for roles within our Research team
  • Responsible for learning and utilizing the latest sourcing techniques to identify technical candidates
  • Familiarize yourself with a variety of research methods to identify candidates (code repositories, LinkedIn, Google, open source communities, coding competitions, etc.)
  • Focus on researching the best candidates and ensure they have a great experience interviewing


  • Passionate about Fitbit product and able to speak to our technology/industry
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • MUST have a track record of sourcing top talent for a corporate company for 2+ years
  • Proven ability to screen engineers and work with hiring managers
  • Strong passion to work in a startup environment and for a company promoting health and fitness
  • Great organization skills, ability to multitask in a high paced environment
  • Creative thinker - "think outside of the box"
  • Self-starter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
