We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the team. You will be taking ownership of projects to build and support data integrations, bespoke applications, and data visualizations to augment our Intelligent Data Cloud for Healthcare. If you are passionate about developing new solutions with cutting edge technology to deliver cutting edge insights to clients across the healthcare industry then this is the perfect opportunity for you. Responsibilities will include:
- Spec out and build new software to support bespoke solutions
- Deploy OM1s existing applications for customers and partners
- Integrate customer and partner data into our Intelligent Data Cloud
- Build and test new data solutions to to accelerate research, measure and benchmark health outcomes and to personalize patient care
- Contribute towards building implementation and integrations best practices and the knowledge base
- Collaborate with the OM1 product development team to help improve and expand core platform functionality
- Participate in QA, UAT & production support related to various customer engagements
- Provide Tier 1 & 2 technical support for custom solutions
Requirements
What you'll need to have
- Experience working with external customers to gather technical requirements
- Experience with one or more languages such as Python, Java or Scala
- SQL development experience
- Technical troubleshooting and documentation skills
- AWS and cloud infrastructure experience
Nice to have
- Experience constructing ETL or ELT pipelines
- Experience in the life sciences/healthcare domain
- Familiarity with standardized data models or health information exchange standards (OMOP, FHIR, etc.)
- Scala development experience
- Experience with Snowflake or other comparable technologies
- Experience deploying software
