The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will work a full lifecycle desk at Rapid7 and focus on hiring teams across our Corporate G&A and Marketing departments. The successful candidate will use active and creative sourcing methods to attract top talent to Rapid7. We need a hunter someone who is fearless, assertive and hungry. We need someone who can communicate effectively with both internal customers and candidates with various levels of experience. Essential Responsibilities:

You are a highly confident, results focused recruiter comfortable with partnering with stakeholders, driving the hiring process and taking accountability for hiring outcomes. Youre highly communicative, proactive and solutions focused. We all know searches can get difficult, but this person doesnt just talk about challenges, they find a way to bring everyone together to come up with a solution and carve a path to success!

Job Requirements:

  • This isn't your first rodeo you have at least 4+ years of recruiting experience across the agency and corporate environments

  • You have a passion for hunting and finding the right candidate for the role, raising the bar with every hire is the goal!

  • You are comfortable partnering and advising internal stakeholders

  • You are all about the team, but you can work independently too
