As we grow dramatically, we're seeking a Senior Solutions Architect who will collaborate with clients, internal teams including account managers, marketing consultants and tech, and outside vendors such as ATSs to define client needs/requirements; create integration roadmaps to determine partnerships; map strategy and timeline of implementation and drive creation of new product features to support requirements and create and deliver ongoing training/support to ensure adoption. Above all else, the Senior Solutions Architect will deliver value to our customers.


What you’ll do:


  • Onboard and train new clients; ensure that onboardings are timely and effective and that new users are set up and trained correctly.

  • Manage the deliverable, project plans and timelines for all technical installations of new products/services into assigned book of accounts.

  • Manage the client lifecycle as it relates to these implementations.

  • Drive effective weekly client prep and live meetings as they relate to onboarding and project implementation.

  • Deploy new products & services across client base, including design of implementation timeline and delivery of training.

  • Act as SME for both prospect and installed clients during presentations/discussions of potential new products/services.

  • Manage internal teams to deliver projects on time and accurately.

  • Understand, disseminate, and consistently exceed client needs and expectations. We are delivering value to our customers.

  • Hire, inspire and build a team to deliver results.


What you bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of experience as a solutions architect or related role at a Saas company with at least 2 years’ experience managing a team.

  • A background in HR/TA industry is a huge plus.

  • You are a strong communicator - You enjoy face-to-face and on the phone communication with clients and teams and are a strong written communicator.   

  • You are a rockstar presenter- You have the ability to clearly present, explain, train and implement potentially complex solutions in a manner that is easily digestible for clients and translate client requirements to our team and to partner vendors.  

  • You are an excellent listener- You can listen carefully to both the client and internal team to truly understand the needs of the client and the ability of our product or service to ensure that assumptions are being met and that we are under-promising and over-delivering on client expectations.

  • You can multitask -  You can juggle multiple clients, timelines, and projects simultaneously and have the ability to fluidly move from project to project as well as to move fluidly between client calls and internal project management. 

  • You can manage both time and speed - You’re on top of the details of various job projects to work effectively as well as efficiently and act quickly to respond to clients to ensure that we addressing questions or concerns as they arise regarding the implementation of specific projects.

  • You are a team-player - You work with the team of people internally to deliver client objectives, act as the leader for your internal resources such as tech or design and manage them to achieve set goals, manage the communication  and relationships between all team members working on a project to assure that misunderstandings and inefficiencies are avoided, and you develop great relationships with all people involved in the process so that you can build trust and inspire confidence with clients and internal teams.
