About Product & Engineering
At Crayon, we believe that deep customer empathy is the best way to build a successful company. It also happens to be a great way to build amazing products. It all starts by trying to better understand our customers. We then work collaboratively to conceptualize, develop, and refine simple yet powerful solutions to meet their needs. Crayon tackles a unique combination of data capture and processing, workflow, and information architecture challenges, which require innovative approaches to everything from UX to ML, implemented in a modern and scalable SaaS technology stack.
But we cant build a great product without a great team, and thats where you come in! We are a small but growing organization, and were looking for people who want to do the best work of their careers and produce great results. We push ourselves to improve, accomplish more, and maximize our impact. Growth opportunities abound. But we also focus on keeping our people healthy and happy, both physically and mentally. This includes taking breaks, not taking ourselves too seriously, and having fun together. Life is too short to not love your job!

A little about us:
Safety for our people and community is our number one concern. Weve been a remote workforce since sending the team home in March 2020 and we will remain remote until we can come together safely and mask-free. Some roles will require us to go to our office in the historic Fort Point neighborhood of Boston. Other roles will have an option of a remote or hybrid position, based on your preference and family's needs.
