Job description:

Cyberark is looking for a Senior Analyst in the Revenue Operations team to take our customer analytics to a new level. As a valued member of our growing team, you will be responsible for providing business intelligence to inform go-to-market strategy and operational execution with a focus on adoption, renewal, and expansion stages of the customer journey. The ideal person is a driven, passionate problem solver who can frame analytics approaches to address critical business questions and then conduct analysis and build reports to identify insights and actions. You will report to the Revenue Operations Analytics Manager and work closely with functional leaders, field professionals, IT, Finance, and other colleagues in the Global Revenue Operations team.


  • Apply structured problem solving and hypothesis-driven approach to generate insights, trends, implications, and actions; sample analyses include customer segmentation, customer churn, customer expansion models and renewal forecasting and reporting
  • Engage with leaders to identify key business questions and define analytics needs including metrics/KPIs, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses
  • Lead analyses for standardized reporting to drive operating rhythm as well as project-based analyses to answer key business questions
  • Partner with the Rev Ops manager to build and maintain an analytics strategy and framework, metrics hierarchy, and BI reporting roadmap
  • Partner with IT to define BI systems/data needs and roadmap priorities
  • Assemble and utilize data from multiple internal and external sources
  • Clearly articulate findings to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and delivered in an accessible manner
  • Proactively identify and resolve data integrity and quality issues
  • Drive adoption and usage of reporting and metrics across the organization

Job requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of relevant experience in go-to-market analytics roles
  • Ability to structure and execute complex analyses and tell a story with data
  • Familiar with BI & Data visualization tools and Sales/Customer Success technology such as SFDC, Gainsight a plus
  • Experience with relational databases, and the ability to write SQL
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong project management skills and drive for ownership and results
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
  • Smart, bold but humble attitude to work collaboratively with CyberArk colleagues
