Senior R&D Group Manager Application Access Manager (AAM)

The Group Manager AAM will be the leader of highly talented, multi-disciplinary, cross-functional development teams, in an Agile-oriented environment. As a Leader, you should demonstrate high professional and interpersonal skills, and always strive for excellence. Using comprehensive business and technical knowledge, the Group Manager AAM leads the entire development process starting from the planning phase, through the development and testing process to successful enterprise grade release to our customers. This role works closely with Product Managers, Program Managers, Professional Services, HR and other leaders within R&D.
Produce valuable content for our customers
Define aggressive improvement goals for the group and the product, while leading the group to achieving these goals
Maintain our culture
Lead the group to engineering excellence
Solves problems in every aspect (personal, professional, technical, procedural, etc.)
Develop professional growth of group members
Coach team leaders and other professional roles
Recruit new group members
Comprehensive knowledge of our products and how customers use them
Work together with product managers and the teams to executive features from the requirements to acceptance in the field
Strong leadership and ownership of the team
Acts as a role model for the entire group
Ability to initiate and lead large scale processes to completion
Innovator by nature and ability to think outside the box
Proactive, highly motivated individual with an excellent work ethic and goal-oriented approach
Excellent communication and presentation skills
At least 10 years of experience in the software industry
5+ years of experience as a leader of a development team
5+ years of experience as a manager of multiple development teams
Proven Agile and Kanban experience
B.S. in Computer Science/Engineering is an advantage
Information Security experience is an advantage
