We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Program Management practice. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple cross-functional projects in a fast paced startup environment.

The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading large, complex, mission-critical cross functional programs from initiation to delivery
  • Using influence vs. managerial authority to develop and maintain critical relationships with internal and external program stakeholders, engendering trust and respect in all working relationships
  • Owning the overall program schedule ensuring that optimal trade-offs are made between schedule, resources and scope
  • Anticipating, identifying and driving resolution of program challenges to prevent downstream problems
  • Operating with significant autonomy and discretion, but knowing when to escalate
  • Providing effective and timely program readouts to a variety of internal stakeholders
  • Continually raising the bar on execution excellence
  • Working between TRL 3 and 9 in product development
  • Recommending improvements to the way programs are scoped and executed

Basic Qualifications:

  • Program Management experience in fast-paced, hardware technology development roles with focus on delivery of complex products from inception to general availability
  • Versed in all aspects of program management including schedule development, cross functional leadership, risk mitigation and planning, reporting and governance
  • Proven experience transitioning technologies from R&D to production
  • 8+ years in project or program management roles
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong influencing skills with a proven ability to motivate and focus people at all levels
  • Insistence on the highest standards from self and others
  • Ability to drive decisions and progress in ambiguous situations
