Job Description:
Our technology-powered care coordination platform supports clinicians in identifying patients that require care coordination interventions in real time. Now we are enhancing that platform with a services layer, and need an experienced Senior Product Manager to work with internal business and clinical stakeholders to launch this new business initiative and find product-market fit in an entirely new domain.
What Success Looks Like:
In 3 Months
You understand the existing processes & tools for facilitating core use cases of the PatientPing product suite, in particular our core care coordination product Pings
You are providing daily guidance to a cross functional team of business operations and clinical leaders to plan and clearly understand short-term deliverables, while coordinating with the broader product organization to contribute to the medium- to long-term roadmap.
You are triaging, prioritizing, and making tradeoffs, balancing competing needs & interests for a soon to be launched offering
In 6 Months
Developing a product strategy for an entirely new business line, utilizing PatientPings existing resources, expertise, and prior customer relationships. Execute on this strategy to find product market fit and build a repeatable revenue stream.
Becoming the companys product domain expert for technology enabled services, by meeting regularly with clients and building empathy for their operational workflows.
Serving as a thought leader for the New Business Services GM and clinical lead, as well as PatientPings product team. Helping incorporate our new business initiatives product strategy into our broader product vision, and ensure alignment across the software and services platform.
In 12 Months
You are managing a long-term product roadmap that connects to PatientPing KPIs and success metrics, our overall product strategy, as well as key customer problem themes for 2022 and beyond.
What You Need:
At least 5 years of overall experience in product management, with a clear record of successful delivery and impact in collaboration with a healthcare services team.
Product management experience in an enterprise setting, particularly on a healthcare technology enabled services product. Experience working directly with client stakeholders and clinical teams is required.
Very strong critical thinking and analysis skills. Ability to break down an ambiguous problem, use data-informed brainstorming, identify goals and clear metrics, and design services or technology solution hypotheses
Desire to partner with design and experience working within a design first process, running experiments, and iterating on ideas to benefit end users.
Experience with care coordination platforms is a plus
