We have a remarkable opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to join the fast-growing Product Team at Virgin Pulse. Our purpose at Virgin Pulse is to change lives for good. We create software products across web and mobile devices that help people become healthier, happier, and more productive.
Our work spans IOS, Android, Web apps, wearable and connected devices, and reaches 2 million + users across 20 languages, for their everyday engagement, behavior change, and success. You will join a fast-growing team Product team that includes product managers, user researchers, UX designers, and content strategists, in an exciting agile, innovative, and collaborative environment.
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll work closely with a highly dynamic, fast-paced, and growing team and passionate team of Product Managers, UX Designers (UX), Content Strategists, Researchers, Engineering Managers, and Tech Leads to shape a cohesive, creative, and innovative vision that business customers and end users find to be useful, easy-to-use, and delightful. You enjoy both the upstream part of the process--figuring out the "right product" or enhancement, and the "done right" part of how best to bring it to life for maximum lift and impact.
You'll build relationships with other departments including product marketing, member services, customer success, and sales. You'll develop product requirements and roadmaps, incorporating feedback and input from customers, partners and in-house teams on product strategy and finding ways to expand product market reach. You possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, strong agile and process skills, and the drive to make your product vision a reality.

Qualifications
What you bring to the team
You are passionate about quality. Ensuring accuracy and elegance in your work is something you do every day.
- 3-5 years working as a product manager in an agile software development environment Domain experience in areas such as digital wellbeing, health, media, and events a plus
- Knowledgeable in SaaS software
- Passion for design, user experience, usability
- Experience with service design and ops a plus
- Experience with consumer and employee software a plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
TRAVEL: This position post-Pandemic will require occasional travel to customer and non-customer sites in North America and Globally

Work to maintain system and data security at a high standard, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the Virgin Pulse application is not compromised. Adhere to industry best practice coding standards and verify all code developed at Virgin Pulse is free from bugs and security vulnerabilities (OWASP/CWE).
