Become familiar with Indigos various product offerings and customer segments, enough to put forward strategic and creative marketing strategies

Familiarize across functional marketing expertise and understand utilization and past learnings from existing channels to drive campaign recommendations

Integrate with the commercial sales team to fully understand grower goals, and current plan in place to enable them from a marketing perspective

Partner with the sales team to determine goals for awareness, demand, pipeline and revenue targets

Use marketing analytics fluency to identify and execute campaign / channel optimization techniques based on insights coming from media and campaign performance, segmentation strategies and/or outside learnings; This should be true for all above / below the line activities

Provide end-to-end campaign management to drive engagement, pipeline and closed revenue, leveraging key channels such as digital advertising, web marketing, video, webinars, direct mail, events, field activities and more

  • Lead timeline management to campaign setup, delivery of assets/info through to troubleshooting and reporting
  • Ensure creative excellence, cohesiveness and quality across campaigns
  • Execute on 3+ campaigns at any given time

Work with the direct/digital functional expert to define and develop automated grower user journeys to engender trust and loyalty as measured by shared YoY grower retention goals and other suggested metrics

Ensure all outbound communications are tightly aligned with Indigo brand, look and feel and voice

Ensure (in partnership with the wider marketing team) that growers experience with Indigo feels thoughtful, value-additive and cohesive

Over time, build and manage a superstar grower-focused commercial marketing team

  • Proven track record of marketing success in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
  • B2B experience is preferred
  • Travel required 1-2 times per month
