PrismHR: Senior Implementation Specialist (PEO Industry)

* Remote Opportunity for Candidates living Out-Of-State

* Between 30%-35% Travel will be necessary for this role

You will be responsible for consulting and assisting clients on the implementation and use of the full suite of PrismHR solutions. Knowledge of PEO/ASO/Benefits/Payroll background is a crucial component to the position.

SPECIFIC DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with customers in the PEO/ASP field to understand their requirements
  • Documentation of requirements/use cases in functional design documents
  • Configuration of the PrismHR solutions from both a technical and industry perspective
  • Provide best practice guidance to customers as how to best implement PrismHR solutions from both a technical and industry perspective
  • Understand Statements of Work describing project scope, assumptions, deliverables and estimated hours/schedule for project
  • Tracking project spend and ensuring that billable is reliably captured
  • Responsibility for maintaining all documentation and detailed notes related to the client project
  • Communicating proactively and regularly with management regarding project status
  • Managing projects to ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations

SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or an equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • 4+ years demonstrated implementation experience
  • PEO/ASO knowledge base is a must
  • Knowledge of PrismHR Sofware or HRPyramid Software is a must
  • Knowledge of benefits, payroll and accounting 
  • Experience with PSA (Professional Services Automation) Tools such as Financial Force
  • Exceptional client engagement skills are essential
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Application integration skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capability and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Extensive experience defining and documenting workflows and processes
