Sr. Financial Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join HealthEdge’s Financial Planning and Analysis (“FP&A”) team. The FP&A team partners with internal stakeholders provide actionable analyses and recommendations driven by detailed analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for financial modeling, financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
- Responsible for the financial planning and analysis of critical areas of the business and will serve as a business partner to members of the executive and leadership teams
- Obtain and communicate information that is financial and operational in nature, analyze information, and prepare various reporting packages and summaries of results to be used at all organizational levels
- Assist in developing and maintaining a quantitative and qualitative-driven infrastructure to help drive profitability as well as support the continuing growth of the business
- Provide critical insights on matters of growth, corporate development, and other strategic initiatives
- Build and maintain complex financial models to support the monthly forecasting process and ad-hoc analysis; find opportunities for operational improvement and recommend solutions for efficiency gains
- Prepare monthly and year-to-date management reports, analyze, and provide feedback on performance and KPIs
- Assist FP&A Managers with preparing analyses, commentary, and presentation material for monthly executive and operational review meetings
- Lead financial reviews with business leaders in support of reporting, budget, and forecasting deliverables
- Provide deep technical and analytical expertise when responding to complex report requests
- Assist with acquisition integrations and develop relationships with stakeholders to run all aspects of a P&L
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Economics or Accounting; Master's Degree preferred
- 4-6 years of experience in a financial advisory capacity in Corporate Financial Planning
- Strong business acumen and ability to evaluate business challenges from a broad perspective; linking business issues to their financial impact
- Experience with working on cross functional projects
- Highly organized and committed to developing standard efficient work practices; exceptional time management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with mid, senior, and executive management
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting
- Well balanced interpersonal skills; strong individual contributor and team player
- Advanced Excel skills a plus
- Experience using Oracle Enterprise Business Planning and Budgeting Cloud Solution
