CyberArk: Salesforce Administrator

CyberArk Software is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify develop and deploy new business processes. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.


  • Project owner for all project activities from project inception to completion, including but not limited to Resources Management, Time Management, Cost Management, Scope Management, Risk Management, Quality Management, Communication Management, Change Management, and Stakeholders Management
  • Act as primary point of contact for the client in all project phases. Facilitate internal and external communications.  Ensure thorough communications among all project stakeholders
  • Develop, manage, execute, update, and monitor project plans and timelines until project closure
  • Gather, document, and analyze client's business objectives and needs, and translate them into definite project requirements, use cases, and success criteria. Manage scope changes with clients if necessary
  • Provide scheduled and timely status reports and facilitate project meetings for clients, stakeholders, and CyberArk resources
  • Monitor project progress and take the appropriate actions to ensure projects are completed on-time and on-budget. Drive all project related escalations to satisfactory resolution. Facilitate resolution of issues, conflicts, and roadblocks
  • Help maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ensure that the quality of CyberArk services being provided will meet client’s and CyberArk’s high quality standards
  • Collaborate with Security Services management team to assess quality of services delivered, conduct project lesson learned reviews, and contribute to continuous improvements, development activities, and internal runbooks
  • Collaborate with other CyberArk departments to ensure coordination and completion of additional Security Services project management related tasks
  • Up to 30% nationwide travel


  • BA in business/industrial engineering specializing in information systems (or equivalent) – An advantage
  • Strong business processes analysis skills
  • Deep understanding of the following business processes and related enterprise-level applications: Sales & Marketing (a must); Finance, PS & Customer Support (an advantage)
  • Over 2 years of proven hands-on salesforce administration experience – a Must
  • 2-3 year of proven project management experience, in the area of information system – a Must
  • Proven experience in data extraction, manipulation and loading
  • Proven experience in Salesforce developments – an advantage
