At Formlabs, our Sales team is crucial to growing our team and customer base. Within this team, we need strong support to lay the foundation for our business. Were looking for someone willing to jump into different sectors of our sales process and ensure all operations run smoothly.

If you are a operations monster who excels in quick, dynamic environments and care about drastically improving the efficiency of our sales team, we want you to join us as our Sales Operations Intern.

The Job:

  • Support the sales team at Formlabs so everyone can focus on what they do best: selling our printers
  • Help route the best leads to the entire team efficiently
  • Troubleshoot and streamline the sales process
  • Compile and validate sales information/data for forecasts and planning
  • Learn first-hand how a sales organization works and grows effectively


  • Can prioritize and handle your time at a rapid pace of work, while staying very organized
  • Have a mind for analytics and enjoy cleaning up data
  • Are able to work across a variety of fields and pick up new information like a sponge
  • Strong communicator who can collaborate with many different people at once
  • A goal oriented self starter who wont sleep until the job is done
  • Willing to devote equal time and effort to dirty work and complex projects

Bonus Skills:

  • Salesforce and/or other CRM usage
  • Excel
  • SQL
