We are looking for a Sales Operations CPQ Administrator to join our Sales Operations team within our Finance division. Your job will be to develop and maintain Configure Price Quote (CPQ) workflows within Salesforce.com. The Sales Operations CPQ Administrator will also focus on operational improvements and creating processes to streamline and scale the Sales Operations workflow. The Team: Our Sales Operations group is a team of 25 within our Accounting function. With over 160,000 (and climbing) providers on our network, this team works hand in hand with our Sales teams to put contracts in place to bring new providers onto our network.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain SalesforceCPQ system solutions involving complex product bundles, pricing rules, validation rules, document templates, etc. in support of new requests and the ongoing process improvement and simplification effort.
  • Facilitate requirements development sessions with business users to refine requirements and translate business needs into optimal solution design. Optimal design should consider training needs, workflow enhancements/changes, reporting, and overall system enhancement to promote usability and adoption.
  • Develop tests scripts and solicit UAT feedback ensuring it is well documented
  • Manage the priorities and expectations of multiple stakeholders
  • Act as subject matter expert for the area of assignment.

Typical Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience
  • Experience working in an Agile environment preferred
  • Experience with Conga a plus, but not required
  • Previous Salesforce CPQ experience or certifications required
