Wayfairs B2C Sales Innovation Team is seeking talented and eager sales-driven agents to join our New B2C Sales Incubation Team in Boston. In this entry-level role, you will partner closely with Sales leadership to pilot new sales programs, determining the best ways to drive sales by listening and learning from customers; testing value propositions and call flows; and providing clear and actionable feedback to business partners. The ideal candidate is a blend of goal-oriented sales professional and self-motivated problem solver--an individual who naturally enjoys both building relationships with customers and testing new approaches to sales. The right candidate will embrace change, thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a fast learner, and take pride in continually improving their approach to sales.

What You'll Do

  • Work with business partners in the wider Wayfair ecosystem, partnering with stakeholders across the business including sales, engineering, category management, and more
  • Create an exceptional sales experience for customers by educating them on the features and benefits of Wayfairs B2C offerings on calls; test and refine messaging on the features and benefits
  • Partner with customers and stakeholders across the business to test new software before its released to the field
  • Effectively managing priorities and time while engaging customers in a hybrid inbound/outbound calling environment
  • Rapidly learning new classes of merchandise, deploying that knowledge to provide customers with expert guidance and product recommendations, and training colleagues to be fellow experts
  • Add and maintain customer data in Salesforce
  • Proactively collect and provide insights to Sales leadership on ways to improve sales offerings

What You'll Need

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and focused on the details
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
  • Collaborative and coachable
  • Comfortable learning/using software applications required for the role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
