What youll do:

  • Become a Buildium expert and an expert in property management domain knowledge
  • Earn a mastery of Buildiums sales processes
  • Consultatively earn the support of decision makers
  • Maintain high levels of sales activities by being organized and holding yourself accountable
  • Manage your territory like a franchise owner, and generate new opportunities by targeting key accounts and leveraging your existing relationships to foster new ones.
  • A commitment to solving for your prospects business goals while supporting your colleagues
  • Successfully deliver compelling business cases to potential customers which are created to help small businesses realize their goals
  • Work cross-functionally within Buildium to help our prospects understand the organizational commitment to help them be successful
  • Consultatively earn the support of multiple c-level decision makers
  • Collaborate with onboarding, success, engineering, marketing, and product teams

Who you are:

  • 1-3+ years of solution selling experience - SaaS-based model preferred
  • Experience selling business applications preferred
  • Experience selling to small businesses preferred
  • Executive presence; ability to communicate at the most senior level
  • Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
  • Strong ability and proven track-record of sourcing and closing your own pipeline
  • A history of over-achievement in current closing role
  • An intellectual curiosity that inspires interest in product capabilities and domain knowledge
  • A commitment to using good judgement
  • Provide consistent and accurate forward-looking analysis, and to own your forecast process
