The Role: Sales & Business Operations Manager or Analyst is responsible for creating processes and operational reports needed to support the executives responsible for Sales & Marketing and Client Success.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve sales and business operations processes, and facilitate the implementation of improvements
  • Generate actionable insights into key aspects of Liaison’s business performance, including go-to-market, technical support, outsourced services, and call center operations
  • Analyze and present timely insights and analytical support to Executive management and key stakeholders to support effective business decision-making
  • Employ/automate reporting tools to measure business KPIs, and partner with Sales & Client Success teams to operationalize these tools within existing systems and data models
  • Assist with ad hoc queries and provide analytical support to our fast-growing business as it evolves
  • Identify the “metrics that matter” to drive commercial outcomes, distill these into easy-to-understand KPIs, and articulate a vision for ongoing measurement and reporting
  • Support Salesforce-based reporting requests
  • Provide and support ad-hoc reporting services for non-standard issues and analysis

               

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in Sales Operations
  • 3+ years experience in Service Operations
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Have experience working for a high-growth company
  • Confident and eager to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies
  • Analytical and curious with excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about collaborating with sales and service to drive business outcomes
  • Strong problem-solving skills, data and software applications experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
