Do you like to help people make decisions and execute a plan? Do you like to make dreams come true? Are you organized with an eye on developing and improving systems?

If you answered yes to these questions, a role as a Rewards Concierge may be right for you.

The Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal customers looking to redeem rewards earned through a loyalty program
  • Work with a team to book flights and order merchandise
  • Support ongoing in-office initiatives and onboarding of new staff
  • Work across the organization to promote staff development opportunities and employee experience

You should:

  • Be exceedingly personable and able to build close relationships quickly
  • Be comfortable working with many different people at all levels of an organization
  • Be detail oriented
  • Have the desire to build and improve new systems
  • Like to solve problems and be energized by identifying new ways to work through issues
  • Be a strong individual performer as well as able to work on a team
  • Feel comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
