Seismic : Revenue Operations Analyst

Summary of Position
The Revenue Operations Analyst assists in support of the sales and customer success teams within Seismics quote to cash process. The role includes pipeline and quoting assistance as well as contract routing, purchase order follow-up, and recording of contract documentation in fast paced, growth-oriented environment. You will work in coordination with our finance, legal and tech stack teams on both day-to-day activities, as well as on process efficiency projects reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Reps with the following:
    • Pre-Sales support-Renewal and Upsell details such as seats and revenue
    • Routing contracts for signing
    • Reporting requests and requirements before submitting for creation
    • Pending deployment of CPQ - you will help Reps work through quote creation
  • Serve as a liaison between sales and customer success on financial reconciliations and related follow-up
  • Assist with both weekly sales forecasting and deal data hygiene efforts
  • Track outstanding deal documents needed to help get contracts to a billing ready state
  • Aid in maintaining sales and forecast process cadences
  • Coordinate Executive, Board and PE Firm connections
  • Log partner referral registrations
  • Generate monthly attainment and sales activity reporting for review prior to publishing
  • Track headcount and team alignments for org chart and budget purposes
  • Analysis and business modeling
  • Distribute messages received on the company web sales line to Reps

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in a financial or operational role supporting sales and/or customer success teams
  • Financial background or numbers acumen with strong excel skills
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Must enjoy working with customer facing, Sales Reps, and Customer Success team leads
  • Must be detail oriented with a multi-tasking aptitude, and well organized with a team-based attitude
  • Bachelors degree in a business or relevant program required
  • Solid experience with Salesfore.com, CPQ, Clari and Excel are preferred
