Job Description:
In this critical, high-impact role you will be responsible for all operational aspects of CyberArks growing renewals business. Core focus areas include improving operational rigor and processes, optimizing our forecast rhythm, and driving change management across the global Renewals team. You will ensure the Renewal team has a strong handshake with Sales, Customer Success and other members of our internal/ecosystem as we deliver customer value. You will report to the Director of Customer Success Operations and work closely with the VP of Customer Success, Manager of Renewal Sales, front-line Sales and Customer Success reps, Global Revenue Operations team members, and other functions such as Finance, IT and Legal.
Responsibilities:

Define, manage, and improve core renewals processes and procedures including forecasting, renewals team workflow/processes, and commercial practices.

Lead the annual renewals planning process, including annual renewal/churn goals, strategic and operational priorities, and capacity/budget plans.

Ensure data quality by managing clean-up projects and reporting on adherence to data standards and processes.

Develop and maintain a Renewal operating scorecard to ensure ongoing visibility and key stakeholder alignment on changes throughout the year.

Update and manage reports and dashboards for renewals specialists and manager.

Work with cross-functional operations teams and lines of business to standardize best practices and achieve operational efficiency/standardization.
Requirements:

Bachelors 5+ years of proven success in Enterprise B2B Industry, operational roles related to renewals in a recurring revenue model

Strong reporting and analytics, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills

Strong quantitative skills and highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com

Ability to multi-task and to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment

Experience in subscription or contract-based recurring revenue environment highly preferred

Demonstrated, take-charge attitude, and able to demonstrate flexibility and resiliency

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

A smart, bold but humble attitude to work collaboratively with CyberArkers across the organization.
