A Look Inside the Job:
- Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of New Business Sales Executives focused on Mid Market and Enterprise accounts.
- Train skills of cold prospecting methods, progressing deal stages, increasing conversion rates, and closing opportunities.
- Manage a monthly forecast of sub-30 day deal cycle opportunities to senior leadership team.
- Collaborate internally with departments like Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing and Product.
- Help build career paths and identify key skills needed for sales representatives to advance to the next level
- Lead with integrity while exemplifying company values
- Comfortable operating as a division of a larger company
- 2 years of Management experience in direct, new business sales.
- Outstanding motivation to mentor, influence, and coach
- Experience working successfully with multiple departments
- Overperformance as an individual Sales contributor
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
