We are in search of a recruiter to join our team to play a key role in hiring for our flagship Entrepreneurial Sales Development Program. You will provide an excellent candidate experience by supporting our hiring brand from initial engagement, education and promotion of Educational Tours, and own the interview process all the way through to offer acceptance. You will be a central and publicfacing figure to ensure that we bring in nothing but the best possible talent to join our sales floor, and that internal stakeholders are interviewing the best candidates the market has to offer. You will report to the Director of Recruitment and Development and work alongside another recruiter to ensure that the interview process runs seamlessly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate for this position is relationship-oriented, a fast learner, resourceful, has great attention to detail, is self-directed, and comfortable on the phone. You must be able to thrive in an often unstructured landscape with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. You should consider yourself astrategichunter who derives motivation and fulfillment from finding and engaging with top talent.

Your core responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Act as an ambassador for the ET brand both internally and externally
  • Manage multiple job postings and accurate candidate flow through applicant tracking system
  • Identify qualified candidates through a variety of screening techniques
  • Perform a large volume of phone screens, video interviews, and in-person meetings
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with company stakeholders, hiring managers and external partners with high- confidentiality where needed, to best meet the recruiting needs of the business
  • Represent EF/ ET at in-person recruiting events such as college career fairs and professional networking events
  • Pursue recruitment goals relentlessly to fill all open positions with top talent

About you:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience within either sales or recruiting
  • Ability to translate confidential information into actionable recruitment goals
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing and a natural communicator
  • Strong gut- instinct with ability to make decisions quickly and confidently
  • Excellent time management and high capacity for managing various projects and timelines
  • Ability to show initiative while also being able to take direction when needed
  • Adaptable to an always changing environment and resourceful in navigating new circumstances
  • Willingness to attend evening events as needed, and to travel domestically multiple times a year
