About the position: The Project Manager will coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. The ideal candidate will have a background in both business and technology, and will have a strong understanding of the software development industry.

Job Duties:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of corporate and technology projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, report on project metrics and map key project dates to manage workflow
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Assist in development and execution of standard operating procedures, process and quality improvements

Required Skill Set:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Masters in business-related discipline required
  • 2-4 years of proven working experience as a project manager

Analytical & Technology Skills:

  • Good understanding of software development and web technologies
  • High level competency with spreadsheets and various data manipulation capabilities
  • Ability to grasp applications and high level technical information
  • Good problem-solving skills along with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage IT and non-IT projects and initiatives using formal methodologies

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to complete projects on time and within the stated budget
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work effectively in a matrix environment
  • Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
