Cybereason is looking for a highly motivated Business Operations & chief of staff with a proven track record of supporting an executive leader in driving cross-functional processes and projects. The BizOps role will partner with our Chief Strategy & Product Officer and Products leadership team to drive operational excellence and efficiency, supporting an effective operating model, creating frameworks for strategic decision making and measurements, facilitating organizational communication cadence, and providing strategic oversight and guidance to organization-wide plans and projects. This is a critical role to ensuring the Cybereason Product leaders are able to execute on key initiatives that will impact the global organization.
The Chief of Staff succeeds at facilitating CPO vision (and tangential visions) while driving members of his leadership team to work together and get decisions made faster
This role does not only enable the rest of the team but will own business decisions and priorities that oversee the overall business and how the product initiatives impact it.
Drive cross-functional process around defining, prioritizing, creating action plans, and monitoring progress on strategic projects
This role will partner closely with product management and marketing leadership, by creating a formal structure, cadence and execution of activities and initiatives
Ensure team action items and schedules are being met, identifying roadblocks and helping team members to remove hurdles to success.
Create presentations and communications necessary to keep the CPO organization and company aligned with whats happening in the products group
Focus on troubleshooting; turn nebulous problems into practical solutions, lead and manage strategic projects
Drive the priorities of the products leadership team by setting agenda for weekly meetings, shape off sites, communicating priorities to the larger organization, and identifying opportunities to increase leadership team effectiveness
Partner with the key partners to products team across HR, Recruiting, Finance, Legal, Communications, and others to drive effective collaboration and delivery of work
Tracking not only includes organizing the activities and initiatives but also tracking the status (progress) and working with team members to remove hurdles to success.

Required Experience and Skills:
Familiar with product management processes and organizations - Important
Passion for operational excellence and the ability to drive work through principles, frameworks, and prioritization
Strong critical thinking/problem-solving skills - your project plans are always detailed, up to date, and digestible, and youre comfortable setting and holding people accountable to deadlines
Highly analytical with strong financial modeling and complex problem-solving skills
An excellent verbal and written communicator with the ability to distill complex ideas into simple concepts
Able to work well with executives, and to lead and influence across multiple levels and multiple functions of an organization
Ability to work in cross functional teams (business development, legal, finance, accounting, etc.)
Ability to be independent, multi-task, and deal with time pressure in an unstructured environment; ability to work through uncertainty
Comfort with ambiguity, switching between multiple projects types and functional areas
Entrepreneurial, with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, and efficient with limited resources
This person needs to look for solutions, and not only bring problems to the table.
Operations exposure/experience is a plus.
5+ years experience in business operations, strategy consulting, or an equivalent field. Ideally, this person would have a core foundational background and have worked directly with C-suite/VP level staff on a regular basis.
