Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Web & eCommerce, you will be responsible for driving best in class user experiences, eCommerce flows, and web optimizations that increase conversion to drive incremental revenue. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapid experimentation which includes flexing your online conversion muscle and working to identify and scale wins across sites.
Responsibilities

Work closely with Senior Manager, Web & eCommerce to understand overall business strategies that will be the anchor to develop key web initiatives to move the eCommerce business forward

Manage the user experience of our web properties including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns

Partner with the Forecasting team to review and manage performance indicators that will identify areas of opportunity to drive revenue within Web & eCommerce

Manage all aspects of web analytics insights, and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners

Be an advocate for the Customer, and gather qualitative feedback and insights to inform best in class UX Design

Work closely with go-to-market teams to identify and drive web, landing page and additional digital optimizations to improve conversion rates

Be a key member of the Scrum team as a Product owner to write and prioritize user stories that further improve the eCommerce experience; participate in all scrum ceremonies

Develop and effectively prioritize the product backlog according to the product roadmap and strategic business initiatives

Serve as an industry expert and maintain deep knowledge of the evolving technology landscape and our competition

Develop, maintain and evolve the A/B testing calendar, as well as improve and set the direction for the web product

Collaborate with Creative and Brand to develop, maintain and test/learn best-in-class content on web sites
Requirements

8+ years of experience working in B2C and B2B web marketing, eCommerce and SaaS environments.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across organizational levels

A team player with energy and enthusiasm and a high tolerance for change

Desire to manage multiple, varied priorities with a proactive lens and operating with a sense of urgency

Demonstrated knowledge of website technology and development, and well versed in analytics tool such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Clicktale, as well as online research tools like Usertesting.com, Usability hub etc.

Experience working in an Agile, specifically Scrum, environment
