Job Description
As an Associate Product Manager focused on identity and account access within CVS Health Digital, you will work in a fast-paced environment with the responsibility to manage key components within an enterprise grade ecosystem while collaborating closely with other Product Managers and Product Owners in a fully scaled agile environment. You will have the opportunity to grow your skill set and knowledge base by working alongside talented and passionate teammates from diverse backgrounds.
In this role you will be expected to work closely with stakeholders, engineering and architecture to understand and document requirements that meet stakeholder needs. You will also prioritize the backlog and roadmap for your assigned product area.
Responsibilities:
Partner with architecture, leadership and business partners to create and maintain the program backlog and roadmap.
Provide prioritization and direction to the Agile release train and product owners.
Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill product gaps.
Develop and execute strategies to simplify platforms and align future product plans with the strategy.
Work closely with engineering teams and product owners to accelerate time-to-market.
Ensure internal product stakeholders needs / expectations are met and promote transparency by communicating through SAFe Agile practices.
Collaborate with external vendors as needed on requirements definition and feature development.
Work with stakeholders to ensure that funding is secured for them to support their roadmap requests.
Required Qualifications
3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
2 years experience working with digital systems, particularly API-driven systems.
1+ year operating in an Agile development model.
2 years of experience with directly worked with Services and APIs.
3 years of experience from a Software Technology Company.
Demonstrated collaborative style, with ability to lead and influence diverse teams.
1+ year working with internal customers and stakeholder to deliver on their requirements
The primary location is Burlington, MA. Must be able to commute to Burlington, MA when able to do so.
Preferred Qualifications
Identity and access management technology experience
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
Agile / SAFe experience
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
