Job Description:

This newly created position reports to the Sr. Public Relations Manager and will be responsible for expanding CyberArk’s social media presence and influencer engagement by building a strong content strategy and enabling our employees and partners. In addition to owning social media, this person will support elements of the broader global public relations program. This candidate will be responsible for supporting our organic social media strategy, with the goal of nurturing an engaged community of followers across key social channels globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current social media trends and engagement strategies and know how to drive brand awareness and engagement for B2B organizations. This person will be a strong communicator, content strategist and have PR program experience.


  • Manage CyberArk’s presence on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube including executing social engagement plans and creating clickable and shareable content tailored to each channel
  • Listen and engage in relevant discussions about our organization, competitors, and/or industry to help identify and develop strategies to engage potential influencers; and respond quickly to inquiries (from customers, partners, press etc.)
  • Monitor trending moments/breaking news and make recommendations on how CyberArk can engage or contribute to important security conversations in order to drive audience growth
  • Develop social-first storylines and campaigns in support of announcements, news, key business initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, support, and execute content and campaigns that drive key business objectives
  • Develop a comprehensive social media editorial calendar to coordinate publishing schedules quarter over quarter
  • Build and implement social media engagement strategies for company leaders and influencers
  • Define metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of social efforts across channels. Work with the Marketing Operations team to analyze social media campaigns/programs and improve content and performance
  • Increase social media engagement, channel growth, and traffic from social channels to support lead generation and pipeline goals
  • Work closely with the U.S. PR agency to help manage corporate award and speaking opportunity programs
  • Maintain media coverage and award updates for the corporate newsroom on the CyberArk website
  • Support monthly/quarterly program measurements and analysis using third-party software tool
  • Keep up to date with social trends and communicate recommendations for adopting new strategies



  • Bachelor’s degree or similar college level education
  • At least 3 years total experience in public relations and social media strategy, either agency-side or internally (B2B experience preferred)
  • Experience managing deadline-oriented public relations programs such as speaking engagements and awards
  • Creative approach to developing compelling content to drive engagement (images, video, etc.) and ability to tailor for specific channels
  • Strong written communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts into pithy, compelling copy
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube and how the channels are evolving
  • Experience working with social insights tools: Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Twitter Insights, SproutSocial, Hootsuite, or similar tools
  • Self-starter, and detail-oriented, team player with creative problem solving and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
