You will focus on leading the logistics and deployment of new technology and workflows into retail pharmacies. Successful deployments of these projects will ensure pharmacy colleagues are engaged and operating to the peak of their abilities, we can meet our customers where they want us to be to increase access and service, and to meet financial targets to increase the profitability of our retail stores.
The daily experience of the role will vary collaborating internally with our Business and Leadership Team, and externally with varying partners in the Retail Field, Procurement, IT / IS, Asset Protection, the Rollout Center, and with our vendors. You will work with and influence multiple senior team members and demonstrate experience delivering results.
Analyze and select stores to pilot and deploy new technologies and workflows
Assess and execute successful deployments
Work with all partners to meet our needs and financial goals
Create and maintain a digital, organizational tool to keep all important partners informed of status and progress of logistics for deployment, including an escalation process.
You will report to the Director of Pharmacy Operations in a fully remote role with occasional travel.
3+ years experience in an Operations, Process Improvement, Pharmacy/Healthcare or Consulting
3+ years of demonstrated increasing responsibility roles in corporate or retail operational/field environments
2+ years of demonstrating the skill of structured and logical thinking to create a solid business case, conduct cause analyses and prepare leadership updates
Experience working with concurrent projects (2-3 projects) involving multiple partners (3 or more) at different stages of the project lifecycles
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel (can perform advanced functions) with the ability to present the important concepts and complex messages to several levels
