iRobot is looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing Media Specialist Digital Display to join our team. In this newly created position, you will take full end-to-end responsibility of paid display media performance activities with a clear focus on driving eCommerce growth for iRobot.com. You will have experience in activation, optimization and reporting of digital display media focused on customer acquisition.

What You Will Do:

  • Scaling the direct to consumer business on iRobot.com through display and programmatic performance advertising

  • Lead display and programmatic advertising activities, including targeting and KPIs, identify and prioritize AB tests to optimize overall efficiency and revenue of campaigns

  • Work closely with media agency to develop and execute on display strategies and to capitalize on latest channel technology

  • Continuously monitor performance and identify and analyze patterns to generate insights for optimization

  • Constantly monitor and improve display and programmatic technology stack, identifying areas where execution can be brought in house

  • Work closely with cross-functional Attract team to ensure campaigns are aligned and measured consistently

What You Need To Be Successful:

  • Detailed understanding of paid display and programmatic advertising based on hands-on experience managing campaigns through DSPs

  • Proven track record of driving projects and creating impact through problem-solving

  • Excellent understanding of display and programmatic technology

  • Proven ability to analyze results and make recommendations for further testing or scaling

  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail

  • Highly organized with superior verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced matrixed environment working with multiple team members

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

Qualifications (Education & Experience)

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience responsibility for display and programmatic media performance advertising

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Advertising, Data Science or other related fields

  • Media agency or start-up experience preferred but not required

  • Experience working in an Agile environment preferred
