Openbay is seeking a high-energy Partner Development Representative to help expand the number of automotive service businesses on our Openbay marketplace. The rep will focus on key geographic markets as we expand our nationwide presence. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated, self-starters to join a hyper-growth tech company and partner development team.
What You’ll Do
  • Expand coverage in key markets by engaging with prospective automotive service provider partners. 
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets while maintaining daily and weekly activity metrics.
  • Engage with qualified potential business customers via phone and email, perform online product/system demonstrations, and conduct other activities to build our customer base and company revenue.
  • Leverage in-house CRM to track and prioritize sales activities and build/update our customer and prospect database.
Who We’re Looking For You’re a high-energy, motivated, self-starter who can work independently to achieve results. You are also a collaborative team member who desires to contribute to the growth and success of Openbay.
Our ideal candidate has:
  • 1+ years of inside sales and partner development experience. Previous experience selling to automotive service providers a plus.
  • Passionate desire to exceed goals and achieve consistent results.
  • Ability to listen, earn trust, persuade, consult, and confidently close sales with customers.
  • Organized sales approach and handles rejection with resilience.
  • Outstanding written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent computer skills with ability to expertly navigate between CRM and online meetings and demo sites.
  • Previous experience with CRM systems a plus. 
  • Previous experience conducting system demos a plus. 
  • Flexibility working outside of normal hours in order to close deals and get it done.
  • An ability to multi-task and wear many hats in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
