At OpenFrame (, we’ve developed cutting-edge 360° technology that is accessible and easy to use. Using our elegant app and unique portable camera, real estate agents can create high quality video tours of properties in minutes.

We are seeking Outside Sales Reps (“OSR”) to join our team and support new customer acquisition within his/her sales territory. As an OSR at OpenFrame, you will have an exciting and challenging opportunity to strategically engage real estate agents. The OSR will report directly to our VP of Sales.

Key responsibilities include:

-Master understanding of OpenFrame’s technology and value propositions with the ability to articulate verbally and in writing to real estate agents and brokers

-Travel throughout the territory (1-hour drive max.) and give onsite demonstrations of the OpenFrame solution to real estate agents at their offices

-Educate customers on how OpenFrame can benefit them

-Build relationships with existing customers, prospects and leads with the goal of finalizing the sale and gaining referrals to additional prospective customers

-Actively engage in training and career development

-Provide feedback on account-based processes to continuously drive sales excellence

-Track all activity thoroughly in our CRM (Hubspot)

-Manage multiple accounts simultaneously

-Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions

Qualifications include:

-Must own a computer with internet access

-Must own an iPhone 6 or above

-Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car

-Strong work ethic and ability to work remotely

-Ability to learn complex concepts quickly and communicate those concepts into an easy to understand manner.

-Previous experience in an environment with public speaking to a crowd of 10-100

-Ability to understand a potential customer’s context through effective questioning and listening

-Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with strong relationship building capabilities

-Client-oriented mentality with a meticulous attention to detail

-Highly motivated with clever approaches to successfully start conversations

-Adaptable, persistent, and ability to “think on your feet”

-Strong web and computer skills, including Google G Suite, Microsoft Office, and other online productivity and administrative tools

About the position:

-Part-time role up to 20 hours a week

-Flexible hours

-Remote position

-Compensation: based on commission with a target of $40/hour
