As part of our goal to continue to innovate and help customers on their path to better health, we are growing our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Business to help patients live more independent lives through new sleep apnea services.
Reporting to a Sr. Manager of DME Product Development, you will be responsible for building and implementing our operations strategy and tactics to support the Sleep Apnea program within in the DME portfolio. You will contribute to managing the day-to-day operations of the sleep apnea program, including training and field communication for expanded service offerings and system updates in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Learning and Development, HealthHUB Operations, Pharmacy and Store Operations.
The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, detail oriented, and very organized. Acting as a resource, this person will breakdown background information and detailed content into digestible information for field distribution. They will understand the impact of chain-level field communication and apply knowledge of store operations to how training and communication are prepared. In addition to operations communication, the candidate will support strategy development for the sleep apnea business operations. This individual must be able to use knowledge of operations to apply to new business scenarios and strategy for portfolio growth and roll-out. This role would suit someone with strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, critical thinking skills, and a real passion for healthcare.
3+ years of experience in a role that involves strategic problem solving and/or new product development
Experience identifying and defining business problems and issues, and developing strategic frameworks, building business cases, and measuring success; and/or 1+ years of retail field experience
Strong communication (written and oral) skills, and experience creating and delivering leadership-facing presentations and materials
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Technical experience in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; some Access or other database knowledge
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Pharm.D.) and/or experience leading growth initiatives
3+ years of demonstrated success in delivering training and communications
Experience with Front Store and/or Pharmacy operations
Experience within Durable Medical Equipment or healthcare related products
