The New Strategy and Business Operations Senior Advisor supports the successful roll-out of new, large-scale strategic projects that improve the total store. You will collaborate across the enterprise and working with / multiple teams across the enterprise to achieve great consumer experiences across ~10,000 retail locations. Through a focus on the operations, systems, policies, and communications required for successful operations of new business opportunities or services within out stores. You will report directly to the Director, New Business Operations to partner on several essential blue-chip projects such as the delivery of 25m+ monthly COVID Vaccine Immunizations in our stores, partnership on the operational execution of upcoming clinical trials, and others. You will also partner with the Director, New Business Operations to develop a long-term strategy for the Store Operations department and track against completion of essential goals and milestones to complete those objectives. You will help partner across Store Operations and other enterprise departments to improve collaboration, remove barriers, ensure clear understanding of goals, and create sound outcomes.
Your job responsibilities will be:
Develop comprehensive understanding of essential, strategic plans that require new or different clinical and customer-facing operations to outline critical path workstreams that must be completed to ensure successful in-store operations
Develop the procedures required to deliver, compliant operations and achieve the best end-to-end customer experiences for net-new operations or services in our stores
Partner across store operations and other enterprise departments on the roll-out of new programs to improve collaboration, remove barriers, and ensure clear agreement of goals and outcomes
7+ years of prior experience in a role that involves health care delivery, and/ or strategic and new business or product development
Technical experience should include, Word, Excel (can perform complex functions), PowerPoint
Experience supporting large-scale IT or operational implementations in retail or retail pharmacy environments
Process improvement, operational design and implementation or pharmacy program development
Excellent relationship management, team building, and collaboration within complex organizations
Experience using data and data-driven insights to support decisions and ability to represent them visually to all levels of an organization
