The technology behind the team.
The Business Architect is crucial in leading client engagements to deliver CRM database marketing solutions for our clients utilizing Epsilon's technology platforms. As an individual contributor, you will serve as primary liaison between senior business and technical stakeholders from both the client and Epsilon organizations.
What you'll do as aBusiness Architect:
Participate in CRM database marketing discovery projects by interpreting client marketing strategy, articulate how our technology solutions enable the client's outcomes, and then map the client's needs into Epsilon's technology solutions.
Be the solution wide functional expert consulting with the Epsilon delivery teams across all phases of a client implementation
Advise Marketing and Business users on how to leverage Epsilon's Agility Unite platform in conjunction with other Platform investments they have made.
Support Enterprise Architect to establish how other Epsilon offerings will plug into Agility Unite.
Serve as the funnel to Product team on Industry needs and use cases for Agility Unite.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Business Systems Analysts in the technology organization.
Summarize technical design to a non-technical audience while providing direction to the delivery team.
What skills you will use:
Deep business domain knowledge - You need to know the client's business, marketing strategy, and what they hope to accomplish by working with Epsilon.
Consultative Drive You've got to be able to stand on your feet when in a client discovery session and ask the right questions to get to what we need to know to successfully execute.
Deep experience in Database Marketing CRM. You need to be an expert with how the solution works from data ingestion through campaigns, reports, and models.
Able to assemble, analyze, and evaluate data to make appropriate decisions to support the business.
Must have advanced SQL skills able to navigate a full database solution including writing queries to aggregate data for deep insights.
Requires 10 years of extensive experience working in database marketing technology.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
