The Role
We are looking for an autonomous and motivated marketing / project management professional with exceptional organizational skills to help us scale our retention effort on our Direct-to-Consumer brands. This would include but not be limited to: leading retention strategies across multiple channels, coordinating with acquisition and brand teams on upcoming campaign initiatives, identifying and optimizing customer segmentation, creating meaningful, customer-centric programs, managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
You will also:
- Drive the overarching strategy and vision for increasing customer loyalty and retention
- Monitor and analyze relationships with existing customers, developing measurable strategies to improve engagement and conversions
- Optimize the customer experience for both new and repeat customers that increases retention rate
- Liaise with the customer service team and manage the customer feedback loop
- Refine customer segmentation modeling per brand to ensure relevant content
- Participate in identifying new and improved processes that will result in the harmonization of campaigns, programs and messaging across email, SMS, social media, and website
- Work across multiple teams to identify opportunities, nuances, and key initiatives
- Explore a variety of tests to refine the customer experience and improve key performance indicators
- Analyze and report on retention programs key metrics to identify success and future opportunities for improvement
- Research & maintain professional knowledge of new or emerging trends within the retention marketing and eCommerce space
- Help with end-to-end quality assurance across content, landing pages, segmentation, and campaigns
What You Bring to the Party
- Bachelors degree in a Marketing, Communication, or Business Management related discipline preferred
- 3-5 years experience in eCommerce
- 1-2 years' experience in a retention related role
- Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects across a team
- Knowledge or understanding of email marketing, SMS marketing, loyalty programs, social media, and customer feedback loops (through customer service or NPS)
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret metrics across multiple channels
- Ad Agency experience or business development a plus
