The Marketing Associate will be responsible for marketing related activities to improve brand awareness, organize our email campaigns, contribute to our blog, as well as sales generating activities such as account-based marketing, lead generation, and trade show coordination/logistics. Specific job activities include, but are not limited to:

AS THE MARKETING ASSOCIATE YOU WILL:

  • Design email campaigns in HubSpot, including the template designs, calls-to-action with marketing automation, and content used for lead generation and traffic generation programs.
  • Assist with creating and executing email campaigns to drive key metrics utilizing google analytics and salesforce reporting tools.
  • Help create various marketing campaigns that target sales opportunities.
  • Proofread marketing materials: Website, one-pagers, sales collateral, blog articles, and other pieces of content.
  • Be an all-star copywriter -- contributing copy to the Dispatch blog and display ads.
  • Assist with account-based marketing campaigns and help build campaign materials.
  • Be the main contact for conference-related logistics: shipping, team, and booth logistics.
  • Contribute to the marketing performance reports for tracking and analysis (Salesforce & Hubspot).
  • Help track and build marketing dashboards in Salesforce.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to assist with various sales collateral.
  • Provide new ideas for marketing angles and help drive marketing projects.
  • Help track and build marketing dashboards in Salesforce.

SKILLS WE SEEK:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS or software marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Natural ability to run fast while exercising sound judgment.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce.
  • Comfortable bringing new ideas to the table, launching, and testing those new ideas.

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOULL:

  • Complete onboarding and understand how each team collaborates with each other.
  • Fully understand how the Dispatch platform helps customers.
  • Take ownership of conference-related logistics and start organizing logistics for our next show.

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOULL:

  • Fully own the conference logistics calendar.
  • Contribute 2 blog articles to the Dispatch blog.
  • Consider yourself a product expert in Dispatchs solutions.
  • Organize our email structure and start refining our process.

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOULL:

  • Continue to own your numbers - consistently achieve your goals on engagement metrics.
  • Successfully manage an entire quarter of conference logistics.
  • Attend a conference, see how its run, speak to potential customers, and successfully pitch Dispatch.

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOULL:

  • Consistently exceed your marketing metrics.
