Toast seeks an Inside Sales Representative to join our incredibly successful sales team. Are you competitive, self-motivated and an overachiever? Do you have previous successful sales experience? Do you want to join an early stage company in a fast-paced environment? Are you passionate about the restaurant industry? This could be the perfect role for you!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Conduct online demonstrations over the web
  • Hunt for your own leads and conduct cold calls
  • Respond to inbound leads and demo requests
  • Be responsible for consulting with customers on the appropriate Hardware and Software requirements
  • Work internally with sales management and marketing to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations
  • Conduct needs assessments calls with specific prospects as assigned

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Previous successful sales experience
  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • The technical aptitude to master our CRM system
  • A keenly developed competitive nature
  • A highly self-driven sense of motivation
  • The ability to deal with objections
  • Attention to detail

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business-related program
  • Previous sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quota
