Manager, Analytics & Process Improvement (Large Parcel)

Large Parcel Analytics is a part of Operational Excellence (Opex) and helps manage the process of delivering large items from our final mile warehouses to our customers. We are a team of highly motivated and skilled individuals that have been tasked with creating a revolutionary, best-in-class supply chain. We work cross-functionally with groups including operations, finance, call centers, product management and analytics to achieve that goal.

What You'll Do

  • Perform analysis to identify areas of improvement within the Wayfair Delivery Network (WDN)
  • Build dashboards and report on key tools and metrics
  • Own projects and drive process improvement by managing details from inception through execution
  • Develop, maintain and report KPIs for the Final Mile Delivery team
  • Partner with key stakeholders and work cross functionally across Wayfairs logistics network and act as the single point of contact for driving improvement
  • Provide updates to senior leaders and broader stakeholders on analysis performed, projects and key results

What You'll Need

  • Stellar analytical skills, with significant experience in Excel, SQL, and / or Tableau
  • Strong financial modeling, planning, forecasting and analytical skills
  • Outstanding business acumen with an analytical mindset and ability to tell a story with key metric and trends
  • Problem-solving mindset with strict attention to detail
  • 5+ years of experience working in an analytical or operational role in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with cross functional stakeholders
  • A history of managing projects and key deliverables and meeting timelines
  • Call Center experience and understanding of key Call Center metrics, a plus
  • Strong communication, time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and meet deadlines
  • Track record of taking on big challenges and delivering despite obstacles and limited resources
  • A self-starter attitude; willing to read, dig in and learn on own
  • Articulate and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal
