The Analytic Consulting Group partners with both internal and external clients leveraging advanced analytics and ML techniques to drive strategic thought and effective decision making. The Lead Statistician is responsible for accurate, on-time delivery of analytical solutions of assigned accounts; masters major analytical tools and comfortable dealing with complex data both digital and offline; proficiently designs, applies and interprets analytic & statistical techniques to identify actionable insights.
Consults with and explains complex statistical ideas to both internal and external clients;
Recommend and apply appropriate statistical techniques to solve client's business problems;
Provides excellent problem solving and data analysis based on modeling and statistical experience, as well as increasingly broad-based marketing and business experience;
Implements process improvements, tools, and quality assurance ensuring that sound statistical methods are applied;
Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing analytics) or significant relevant coursework
5 or more years of analytic experiences in relevant industries including CRM/Digital marketing agencies, consulting, etc
Strong analytic thought process and ability to interpret findings to clients
Experience with applying Machine Learning techniques to solve business problems
Mastery of various statistical methodologies such as regression analysis, decision tree, cluster analysis, time series, experimental designs, etc
Demonstrated proficiency in analytical programming languages and tools including SAS, R, Python, SQL, Tableau, etc
Familiarity with digital data and digital analytics in GA, Adobe Analytics
Mastery of MS Office; including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong communication skills
