About the Opportunity
Epsilon is currently looking for a Lead BSA who will be responsible for leading client engagements to deliver small-medium, and large scale digital marketing solutions and subset of database clients. The BSA lead will serve as primary liaison between Client, Account Management and Delivery teams. The individual will also be responsible for managing BSA's. This position required an individual who can effectively multitask, learn the business quickly and be proactive with the client and internal business partners driving toward decision/resolution on open items. Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements
Designs details of automated systems
Provides details to developers regarding what should be included in the software, application, or product to ensure it is included for client roll-out/implementation
May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems
May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues
May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions
May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions

Able to clearly communicate and articulate, both written and verbally, detailed specifications (e.g., project requirements, requested changes, and testing results)
Able to create and update specs/documents, and assess completeness of requirements information received
Able to develop and maintain relationships within the organization and/or with external partners, and understand the unique needs of each partnership
Able to document information effectively through databases, knowledge warehouses, and other shared space
Able to lead effective client meetings, negotiate deliverables, and drive successful outcomes
Able to make proactive recommendations
Able to properly interpret customer needs, and translate into understandable written requirements
Able to understand and support well-reasoned recommendations and decisions to support the business and project teams

Duties & Responsibilities
Create test plans; develop quality assurance methodologies
Lead client in user acceptance testing; and identifying, managing, escalating and mitigating risks for a timely project delivery
Collect and maintain project documentation; lead internal and client-facing meetings
Summarize technical design to a non-technical audience while providing direction to the delivery team
Ensure delivery best practices for marketing processes and operations efficiency
No specific technical skills are required
No additional qualifications are preferred
Requires 8 years of related experience
At this level, postgraduate coursework may be desirable
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
